All personal and corporate information of i-MarcoPolo.com Members is held in confidence with total regard for
security and privacy as defined in our Member Agreement.
Accordingly, we pledge that no information specifically identified to registered Members of the i-MarcoPolo.com
will be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other Members,
with the following exceptions:
Information necessary to reveal to other Members when they trade with each other in accordance with the
normal operations of a transaction that both members are involved in.
i-MarcoPolo.com;
Information that the terms of an administrative order, court order, or subpoena requires us to disclose, that
we in good faith determine is legally required to be revealed, or that law enforcement authorities request us
to disclose in connection with their investigations;
Information revealed during the course of our enforcement of the Member Agreement, the Rules of the Auctions
and Trades, or during the course of any disciplinary actions with respect to a Member;
Information about a Member used by i-MarcoPolo.com in the course of dealings with that Member outside the
Web site, such as Customer Service, including phone, letter, and in person;
Information that we in good faith determine must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or
misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive.
i-MarcoPolo.com will publish information about activity on the i-MarcoPolo.com using aggregated trading
information that does not include the identities of Members that are parties to the transactions. Our Member Agreement also describes i-MarcoPolo.com Proprietary Properties (including Other Exchange Information and Member Information) that
i-MarcoPolo.com owns and shall be entitled to use any information relating to a Member that i-MarcoPolo.com shall be entitled to use.
Computer Information
With Member registration to the i-MarcoPolo.com, we automatically capture the IP address and host name
(if available) of the Member's originating server.
The IP address identifies the computer a Member is working on, but does not reveal any personal information
about the Member.
This information helps us to diagnose problems with our server. It also allows us to direct improvements for
the i-MarcoPolo.com by gathering broad, demographic information about general patterns of Member use of
the Web site.
Security
This Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information
under our control. These include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted Server access. Such
measures may not prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of information in all cases. We urge all Users to exercise

by sending an e-mail to registration@i-MarcoPolo.com and writing "cancel" in the subject line. The consequences
of, and a Member's obligations after, a cancellation are set out in our Member Agreement.
